This policy explains what we collect when you visit rmsglobalcommerce.com or buy Phone Cinema, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

• Purchase data. Name, email and country, supplied when you check out. Payment card details go directly to Stripe — they never reach our servers and we never see them.
• Account data. The email you use to access the course, and your progress through it.
• Usage data. Pages visited, referring source, approximate location from IP, device and browser type.
• Anything you send us. Support emails and, if you're on a plan that includes reviews, the videos you submit for feedback.

2. Why we collect it

• To deliver the course you paid for and give you access
• To provide support and process refunds
• To measure which marketing works, so we're not advertising blindly
• To meet tax and accounting obligations

3. Legal basis

Where the GDPR (Europe), the UK GDPR, the LGPD (Brazil) or similar law applies, we rely on: contract for delivering what you bought; legitimate interest for security and basic analytics; consent for marketing cookies and email marketing; and legal obligation for tax records.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services required to run this business:

• Stripe — payment processing

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function, plus analytics and advertising cookies where you have consented. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to anything you paid for, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.

6. How long we keep it

Account data for as long as you have access to the course. Transaction records for as long as tax law requires. Support email for up to two years. You can ask us to delete anything not legally required earlier than that.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a portable format, or stop using it for marketing. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't store what we don't need — starting with card numbers.

9. Children

This product isn't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, for anything significant, email people who have an account.
